SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small Group Training is the next step up from our Group Classes program. This program offers our daily workout, but is designed for those who wish to have greater access to a coach (versus a class), need greater personalization--whether you want to more than what you can get out of a class or if you need more accomodation than is typically available--or want more scheduling flexibility. Sessions are capped at up to four (4) participants at a time and sessions may last 45-60 minutes depending on the workout.

HOW IT COMPARES TO GROUP CLASSES
Small Group Training is like a blend of our Group Classes and Semi-Private Personal Training:

1. Small Group Training is capped at four participants at a time in order to offer greater access to a coach. Group Classes can be larger and the coach's attention is split amongst more people.

2. The Daily Workout is just the beginning with Small Group Training. With greater access to a coach you can truly individualize the Daily Workout to fit you better than we can in a larger group setting. Group Classes, because they can be larger, don't offer the same level of personalization.

3. There are No Class Minimums with Small Group Training! Group classes require a minimum number of participants and may be subject to cancellation.

4. Small Group Training is more flexible and is offered throughout the day! Group Classes are only offered at specific times.
