HOW IT WORKS
All our classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression, lasting roughly 60 minutes. Workouts can be adjusted by weight, intensity, or certain mechanics to suit the experience and fitness level of the individual. The basic structure of our classes is as follows:
1. The coach will provide instruction and demonstration of the planned workout, opening the floor for questions before proceeding to the next step.
2. The coach will guide you through a movement-based warm up that targets the full body, plus prepares you for specific strength and conditioning movements based on the workout.
3. The coach will supervise and correct any movements performed by you during the workout, be available for any assistance or modifications you might need, and to answer any questions you have along the way.
