PHASE 2: RE-OPEN BY APPOINTMENT & CLASS ONLY

Classes: We will resume classes with a strict limit of 5 participants per class. Pre-registration will be required.

Personal Training: Personal Training will resume for 1-2 clients per session.

In-Home Personal Training: In-Home Personal Training will be available to all clients during phase two.

Equipment Check Out: All loaned exercise equipment must be returned by the first Friday of Phase 2.

Trainerize: Trainerize will remain available to all members and clients during Phase 2.

We should know Tuesday, May 26th regarding the fate of our Phase 2 Variance Application.

PHASE 3: RE-OPEN AT 50% CAPACITY

Open Gym Access: Open Gym Access with 24-Hour Access available will resume at a limited capacity posted inside the gym.

Classes: Class capacity will increase to 8 participants per class. Pre-registration will remain required.

Personal Training: Personal Training will continue as it did in phase 2.

In-Home Personal Training: In-Home Training will be available to higher risk clients only.

Trainerize: Trainerize will remain available to all members and clients during Phase 3.

PHASE 4: SEMI-NORMAL OPERATIONS RESUME

During this phase we will try to return to normal as much as possible, while still maintaining proper procedures. A phase 4 plan will be developed and published when this time gets closer.


TRAINERIZE

We will continue to offer our Stay Home, Stay Strong program through the Trainerize app to all members who wish to continue using it. Additionally, we will continue to conduct Online Personal Training for all at-risk clients and any who wish to continue their programs. Members and clients may choose to use this platform exclusively or in combination with our in-person services.
