We are a Group Training & Personal Fitness studio in Ellensburg, WA. We are Fitness Professionals dedicated to delivering quality Group, Personal, and Online training programs to our clients. We are a community who loves strength & fitness and we welcome all who wish to share this passion with us.

A Statement from Jeff, founder of Empowered Fitness Training
In 2007 I lost 125lbs. It was the hardest thing I had ever done, but it changed my life so much for the better! It was this that prompted me to become an Exercise Physiologist and help people to achieve their strength, fitness, and health goals and, ultimately, open Empowered Fitness Training.
What Makes Us Different?
Coaching is central to what we do. As Fitness Professionals we've dedicated countless hours to higher education, certification, and practical experience--and we continue to do so for the benefit of all our clients. We're not just a cool gym to work out at; we're the place to go if you need quality fitness coaching, either in a group setting, 1-on-1 instruction, or through our online training programs.
Here are a few other things that set us apart:

Empowered Fitness Training is run by a highly qualified exercise physiologist and all other trainers must meet high standards established by the ownership.
- Our exercise programming is based on human movement and utilizes the latest scientific research to deliver results. We focus on strength, stamina, power, athleticism, and everything else our clients need and deliver in a way that is efficient, providing the most benefit for the time spent.
- Our facility is designed, and our business is built, specifically for our group and personal training. It was never intended to be like any other typical commercial gym out there.
- Lastly, and more important, we've built a wonderful community of staff and clients who make working out (and going to work) at Empowered Fitness Training fun and a positive part of our lives.

At Empowered Fitness Training our core values define who we are as clients, staff, members, and guests, how we behave, how we do business, and set the standard for all who enter our facility. At Empowered Fitness Training, our core values are:

Training Philosophy
While each trainer has their own style our Group Training Classes, Personal Training with Jeff, and our training facility are designed around these basic principles:
- Strength. What does it mean to be strong? Strength is more than being able to move a heavy object. Strength is an attitude, a mindset, pure grit, courage in the face of adversity, and taking on and eventually annihilating the challenges you face. Strength training, in and of itself, trains all these and builds character. Everyone has the ability to get stronger, from the novice lifter to even the most advanced powerlifters. Strength, as defined here, is necessary to reach your fitness goals and is the foundation of our programs.
- Stamina. Endurance--physical, mental, and emotional--is also a cornerstone of our training. Our training programs include many forms of conditioning, from volume work, to metabolic finishers, HIIT-style workouts, cardio circuits, Tabatas, and more. Side effects may also include a strong sense of perseverance, determination, and general awesomeness.
- Community. This is probably the most important item on this list. Ours is a supportive community that supports strength development, pushing past boundaries, and bringing out the best in all our participants. We work hard and we laugh harder.
